UBSA1.83 : Access UBS (Accounting): How to view Previous Year Data when the Select button disabled
Description
I'm not able to view the previous year data.
I can't see the data from last year.
All the year-end data are not able to access.
Environment
Access UBS (Accounting)Solution
To view Previous Year Data when the Select button disabled:
- This is due to different password is being used.
- Before you migrate data into UBS 2015
- Please make sure the username and password are standardized for current data and previous year data.
What to do next?
- Please logout from UBS system (no one should be logging in UBS)
- For Accounting, Go to: C:\UBSACC2015\Sample
- Find for all the following files, COPY those files.
- USER.CDX
- user.dbf
- Go to the respective company folder and PASTE in those (2) files.
- Examples, C:\UBSACC2015\TestCompany
- For Inventory, Go to: C:\UBSSTK2015\Sample
- Find for all the following files, COPY those files.
- USER.CDX
- user.dbf
- Go to the respective company folder and PASTE in those (2) files.
- Examples, C:\UBSSTK2015\TestCompany
- Once all done, you may try login UBS with the admin username and password.
Note: In case, if you want to change the access, please proceed.
