UBSA1.72 : Access UBS (Accounting): How to resolve the error message “Data Optimizer, variable IDI is not found” in Accounting

Description

What should be done when Data Optimizer Prompts.  When cancel optimization, this error message is displayed: "variable IDI is not found” in accounting?

Cannot login to the server and user in optimization 

Environment

Access UBS (Accounting) 
​Access UBS (Inventory)

Solution

There are three methods which can solve this issue:

Method 1:

Open Billing System and complete Billing optimization first, then open Accounting and complete the optimization.

Method 2:

The original company database is no longer accessible and corrupted.  Delete the directory and execute the following to gain access again:
  1. Create a new company directory.
  2. Restore backup data
Method 3:
  1. Cancel all the error until manage to log in the database. 
  2. Then run file organization and upgrade data file
