UBSA1.32 : Access UBS (Accounting): How to resolve “Upgrade Data Files” warning message

How to solve the problem Upgrade data files each time login Accounting?
Upgrade data file keep prompting in client pcEnvironment
Access UBS (Accounting)Solution
- If this warning message appear, just click “OK” to upgrade it and it will be resolved.
- Click "OK" to restart the application and login to the system
- If the warning message Upgrade Data File continuously prompting or prompting with errors.
Please check below prerequisite: -
- User must ensure to have the same version for client and server PC/machine
- The tables in the user PC could be corrupted, try to upgrade from the server for both Accounting & Billing and Inventory & Billing module
- The network problem sometimes disconnects during upgrade (advisable to upgrade from server)
Steps to do at server PC:-
- Kindly perform a backup
- Run the Upgrade Data Files. Go to Housekeeping and select Upgrade Data Files. Click “OK” to run.
