UBSA1.193 : Access UBS (Accounting): License showing as expired when the license is actually active

Description

Why my is license still showing expired?
My license cover is not updated.

Environment

Access UBS (Accounting)

Solution

When the license still showing expired, follow the below steps:
  1. Log in into UBS, go to admin, click administrator settings and then click license management.
  2. Select Manage license and deactivate the license.
  3. Log out of UBS and log back in UBS.
Note: If no license appears, please activate a new license.
