To transfer Access UBS to a new computer:
Note: Before proceeding with the below steps, please make sure you complete a backup of your database. On the Old PC
- Deactivate your UBS license in the old PC:
- Go to Admin, Administrator Setting, License Management and click Manage License and select I would like to deactivate my license over the internet, click Next.
Tip: Make sure the PC is connected to the internet. - For more details see Access UBS (Accounting): How to Deactivate License
On the new PC
- Install the latest version of Access UBS from download.my.accessacloud.com.
- Activate the license:
- Then create the company and restore the backup.
