Solution

That was because Batch 2 was created and reserved for Pin_0. To allow Pin_1,2,3,4  access to Batch 2


To change pin settings when prompted This batch is reserved for pin 0:
  1. Logout and login again using Pin_0
  2. Go to Housekeeping, Administrative Tools, Tools
  3. Double click on Change Batch Lock Status & Pin No.
  4. In Pin column against Batch 2, change the pin from 0 to 0,1,2,3,4; the click on Exit.
