UBSA1.141 : Access UBS (Accounting): Access UBS License Service failed to start
Description
When we install the new version, license services failed to start.
Unable to restart the license services.
License Service Connection IssueEnvironment
Access UBS (Accounting)Solution
To fix the issue:
- Uninstall UBS software.
- Go to C: drive on your computer and click Program Files(x86)\CommonFiles.
- Remove or rename the Sage Software folder.
- Stop all Access services in Services.
- Install the v2023.1
