How to create a backup of the company database.

Solution

To create a backup of the company database, follow the below steps:

1.    Login to Access UBS Accounting.
2.    Select Company.
3.    Select File, click Backup & Restore and select Backup.
4.    Select the relevant drive, C:\, D:\, E:\ , etc., from the search menu  This is where the backup will be created.
5.    Select the search button at far right of the line and select the destination file where you want to save the backup.
6.    Click Backup.

Once completed, select OK and exit the screen
