UBSA1.131 : Access UBS (Accounting): How to resolve “Incorrect Password during Year End Processing”

Invalid Password during Year End Processing

Environment

Access UBS (Accounting)

Solution

  1. For Accounting side, go to local disk C:\UBSACC2015 and select the affected company folder. Filter the type by choose “Mem.file and delete it.
  2. If happen at billing side, go to local disk C:\UBSSTK2015 and select the affected company folder. Filter the type by choose “Mem.file and delete it. 
  3. Replace the deleted "mem.file" with the "mem.file" from a backup of the same database.
