Solution
- For Accounting side, go to local disk C:\UBSACC2015 and select the affected company folder. Filter the type by choose “Mem.file and delete it.
- If happen at billing side, go to local disk C:\UBSSTK2015 and select the affected company folder. Filter the type by choose “Mem.file and delete it.
- Replace the deleted "mem.file" with the "mem.file" from a backup of the same database.
