How to launch the IAM icon manually for e-InvoicingSolution
If the IAM icon is missing after you have completed an online update, restart your computer.
If the IAM tray icon is still missing, follow the steps below:- In Windows Explorer, go to This PC, C drive, Program Files(x86), Common Files, Access Software, IAM.ClientService.
- Double-click IAM.ClientTray.
- The icon will now be available in your computer's system tray.
