To log in to Access UBS when access is denied:

  2. In RSA look for MachineKeys.
  3. Right click on the MachineKeys folder and choose Properties.
  4. In Properties, click Security and then click Edit.
  5. On the Permission for Machinekeys screen click Add
  6. In select users, computers, service accounts, or groups, type Everyone in the Enter the object names to select.
  7. Click Check name and then click OK.
  8. Tick the check box to give full control and then click Apply.
Note: If you cannot see the Program Data folder on your C:/, it is likely that the folder is hidden. To show hidden files, click View at the top of Explorer and then tick the check box to show Hidden items.
