UBSA1.15 : Access UBS (Accounting): How to log in if Access Denied
- Error: 'Access Denied' when logging in
- When I open the laptop, it shows access denied.

To log in to Access UBS when access is denied:
- Go to C:\ProgramData, Microsoft, Crypto, RSA. (If you cannot see Program Data, see note below.)
- In RSA look for MachineKeys.
- Right click on the MachineKeys folder and choose Properties.
- In Properties, click Security and then click Edit.
- On the Permission for Machinekeys screen click Add.
- In select users, computers, service accounts, or groups, type Everyone in the Enter the object names to select.
- Click Check name and then click OK.
- Tick the check box to give full control and then click Apply.
Note: If you cannot see the Program Data folder on your C:/, it is likely that the folder is hidden. To show hidden files, click View at the top of Explorer and then tick the check box to show Hidden items.
