A5.67 : Master Data - Sales & Purchase : Product Category

This function allows you to maintain your Product Category. Product Category is used to group each product for the purpose of reporting.

 


To access Product Category, click on the Master Data icon > Product Category.

 


 

 




Creating a new Product Category


To create a new Product Category, click on the “+New” button.

 



Fields

Product Category: Key in Product Category name. Example: FRUIT.

Parent Product Category: Choose if category is under another category, else leave it blank.

 

Click “Save” to commit the changes once you had done keying in or editing the required information.
