A3.98 : How can a Payroll User reject/cancel approved e-Claim?

Question : How to submit claim using mobile apps- AC Payroll (e-Claim)?


Answer :

1) Login in as subscriber/payroll user. Go to Human Resource > Claim Management > Claim Transaction

2) Look for the claim transaction that wanted to be cancel and click on cancel button

3) Put a remark on reject claim submission.

4) Now the claim is rejected successfully.
