How to change terminal outlet location at Terminal Maintenance if the outlet field is disabled?
Solution :
Outlet field in terminal maintenance will be blocked if you have already sync terminal to outlet, so before changing the terminal outlet field, you need to do reset terminal.
1. Go to POS Server Monitor, select the correct sync profile, and click Edit
2. And then click on Reset Terminal PC.
3. Check all sync terminals and click Save.
4. Now you will be able to edit the terminal outlet field.
