Question :
How to set maximum discount percentage rate to avoid over-discount by user
Solution :
1. Login POS Backend, go to Point of Sale > Pos User Group Maintenance.
2. Select which user group level that you wish to set the maximum discount rate and click on edit.
3. Fill in the Discount Percentage Rate in Maximum Discount column box.
4. Perform synchronization at front end to activate the function.
