Question :
How to configure pole display for frontend.
Solution :
1. Plug in the customer display and install the driver.
2. Please check is your customer display installed properly (check in Device Manager and Device and Printer Setting).
3. If the device is installed properly, you should see the port number as image below:
The display port for customer display above is COM2 (which is highlighted in purple)
4. Remember the display port number (which is COM2 in this example), and set the corresponds display port in POS.
For POS3/5 go to Front end > More Function > Configuration Setting > Device Setting > Select COM2 for Customer Display Pole > and try Epson as command (if Epson is not working, try with other command).
For FNB go to Front end > More Function > Setting > Configuration Setting > Device Setting > Select COM2 for Customer Display Pole > and try Epson as command (if Epson is not working, try with other command).
