A2.122 : How to reset stock balance to 0?

Question :

How to make all stock QTY become 0?


Solution :

Adjust your stock quantity by using stock adjustment.

For Accounting 2.0/POS 5.0:

Go to AutoCount 2.0 Management studio/ AutoCount 5.0 Management studio

Tools > Reset Stock Balance Quantity

Select the date you need reset > Inquiry > Create Stock Adjustment

You may choose Yes to view result, or No to close it.

Now you can login Accounting or POS Backend to check your stock balance.
