A1.77 : Sales: Can’t change multi pricing in Invoice

Question : Why can’t I change the multi pricing in invoice? The field is greyed.

Possible Reason :

You may not have enabled “Allow to change Multi Pricing on Document” in Debtor Maintenance.


Solution :

Go to AR > Debtor maintenance > edit your debtor > Others tabcheck the checkbox of Allow to change Multi Pricing on Document and click on Save.

Now you can change the multi pricing in Invoice.
