A1.157 : Others: Unable to restore screens/forms after being minimized

Question: There are certain screens/forms cannot be restored after being minimized such as Invoice, Cash Sales, AR Invoice … Why?


Possible Reason :

This is a known bug and already fixed in Version 2.0.28.199.


Solution (1):

Update to Version 2.0.28.199 or later.


Solution (2):

If you do not wish to update version, here is the temporary solution.

Go to Tools > Options > General > uncheck the option Use Search Lookup Edit and click on OK.
