A1.155 : Others: Shortcut tiles did not appear after added

Question: I want to add shortcut tiles for category:AP Invoice, but it does not appear after added. Why?

Possible Reason :

Your Network User Type is Stock Only.


Solution :

Stock user can access only Stock, Sales, Purchase functions.

1) Login AutoCount system as ADMIN.
2) General Maintenance > User Maintenance.
3) For user AIMI is under Stock Only network user type, so she is unable to access AP category documents, unless the user type change to Full system.
