Question: When I preview Invoice and click send by WhatsApp, error message prompted “Access Denied”. Why?
Possible Reason :
You do not have the Access Rights to Export Invoice.
Solution :
To grant a user such access right, an Admin user can go to General Maintenance > Access Rights Maintenance > AutoCount Accounting > Invoicing > Invoice > Invoice Report > Export Invoice, and Printed Invoice > Can Export Printed Invoice, check the checkbox of the user you wish to grant such access rights, then click on Apply.
Re-login AutoCount and try to send again through WhatsApp.
